The Solstice Equinox Essence is a blend of the Wild Rose (Summer Solstice), Meadowsweet (Autumn Equinox), Daisy (Winter Solstice) and Primrose (Spring Equinox) essences.
This blend of essences is all about being 'Fully Present' with our life. As the wheel turns throughout the year so the Wild Rose encourages us to 'Seize The Day' with enthusiasm. In turn the Meadowsweet brings balance to our lives because we are able to be a 'Bridge Between Two Worlds' and choose where to go in either realm, ego or soul. The Daisy wishes us to give gratitude whilst we 'Enjoy The Moment'. The Primrose brings renewal and 'New Beginnings'.
All the time we are being asked to pay attention and be 'Fully Present' with our life experience, to be ready, on our toes and therefore able to appreciate every moment of our life in the present and evolving state.

Directions:
