The Equilibrium Blend is made up of a combination of the Wild Rose (enthusiasm), Meadowsweet (balance) and Ivy (vitality) flower essences.
It is a restorative essence that aims to assist in adjusting sleep patterns, to give you more peace of mind, so that vitality and enthusiasm can be restored to your being where you are able to get the balance right between rest and activity knowing the consequences of what it is like to have too much of one or too little of another.
Again as a blend this essence has been born out a recipe created through 'The Essence Of Who You Are' service where a particular client benefitted from a similar combination of essences in order to achieve all of the above for themselves.

Water, Vodka 22.5% ABV, Energy Signature of Wild Rose, Meadowsweet and Ivy.
Directions:
9 drops (1 squirt) to be taken under the tongue daily.
