Any practitioner / client relationship is built on trust and I will endeavour to care for your personal information as if it were my own. I will only endeavour to collect information from you that is absolutely necessary to establish an initial contact with you and then to carry out the services for you that will be of benefit to yourself. I will never share any of your personal information with any third party unless legally required to do so.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
I collect your name and email address when you express an interest in Allies Of Nature and my products and services via the Allies Of Nature website, or in person, and you consent to receive email marketing from me by filling out my newsletter subscription form, pop up form or sign up sheet. This basic personal information is held by the email marketing company providing this service, in this case Weebly, which I have access to in order to contact you personally via email if I require.
You can comment on and contribute to the blog by entering a username when clicking on the particular blog of interest to you. You will then receive further notifications of any updates to the various posts that you are a part of by email. Your username will be fully viewable by the public when you pass comment on articles.
On entering a more committed practitioner / client arrangement with myself, more complete 'client contact information' is required from you which will consist not only of your name and email address but contact telephone number, social media link, and / or postal address in order to be able to book and confirm appointments with you and send product, service and contract information to you, this will be stored electronically and be password protected. It also maybe necessary to gain some more sensitive 'client health information' from you in order to best assist you in any personal wellbeing program that we might undertake together, or when administering flower essences to you. In this case this additional information will be coded and stored separately so there is no link between the two sets of information.

Your name and email address will remain on my subscribers list so long as you continue to consent to receive email marketing from myself and don’t choose to opt out. You can unsubscribe at any time via the newsletters themselves or by contacting me direct through my contact details on this website. You can also choose to amend this information at any time should it change or prove to be incorrect by approaching me in a similar way.
It will be assumed that you no longer wish to receive email marketing from Allies Of Nature if you choose to opt out. Your name and email address will be moved to an unsubscribed list and / or be permanently removed from all databases along with the rest of your contact details if deemed appropriate. This status quo will remain the same until such time as you ever choose to opt back in, and consent to receive email marketing material from me again.
