Your journey from fear, isolation, anxiety, and depression to love, connection, peace, and joy mirrors the heroic quests found in myths and the rites of passage in indigenous cultures. It's akin to the transformation of a caterpillar into a butterfly - a universal path of growth and enlightenment.

In my personal development model, I liken these stages to the caterpillar's metamorphosis into a butterfly. You may begin at a point of wandering, much like a caterpillar that has lived its caterpillar life and must transform. It finds a resting spot to pupate, creating a cocoon. Within the chrysalis, the caterpillar dissolves its former identity and reforms, emerging as a beautiful butterfly - its true self.

Nature, both inner and outer, holds the secrets to discovering your ultimate truth, purpose, vision, and values. It is a true ally and healer. The Butterfly Journey is a self-development programme offering comprehensive shamanic practice and life coaching. It complements the New Gentle Men circles and the use of Flower Essences, or it can be used independently as a stand alone course.

In our introductory session, we'll determine whether you would benefit more from peer support or a solo journey.

This programme helps you understand your relationships with yourself, others, and the planet. You'll discover your life purpose, vision, and values, awakening to your authentic butterfly self. As you embrace your true identity, you'll find your place in the world and gain a greater sense of belonging. This transformation leads to more fulfilling relationships, careers, and a renewed joy for life.

VIP EMMA Experience

The VIP EMMA Experience is my flagship, nature-based teaching designed to help you connect with your truth and rediscover your joy by finding your life purpose.

During this experience, we venture into nature with a specific question about your life's direction or purpose. We then await an answer from the flora and fauna around us.

As a Nature Mystic, I will guide you every step of the way, helping you interpret the messages from the elements, animals, and flowers you encounter. This journey into the wilderness provides profound insights and clarity, deepening your connection to nature and yourself.
