The Winter Flower Essences of November through to January come to resource us through the winter. At such a time as this nature goes within and we must do too if we are going to preserve all of our energy for the spring time.
We have to learn to trust the process that is now unfolding, gain as much vitality as we can from the nectar and fruit still existing in our life before accepting things just as they are and giving gratitude for it all. Then after we have come through the solstice period and yuletide festivities we can go forward again with renewed determination and our own unique, individual leadership qualities as we embrace the New Year ahead of us.
