Begin working with the Lunar and Solar Blends throughout the year, from when the New Moon appears, start taking its essence, switch to the Waxing Half Moon as the first quarter appears on the horizon, the Full Moon when we near the half way point through the lunar cycle and finish off with the Waning Half Moon as we enter the final quarter. We use our intuition as our guide as Grandmother Moon would have us do so.
We can add additional support in our annual journey around the wheel by taking the Solstice Equinox essence around the quarter days of the year and also Eclipse Essence when the sun, moon and Earth all begin to appear in alignment and the Solar and Lunar Eclipses are visible in the day and night sky.
This group of essences is for us to develop our appreciation of the year long journey with our celestial bodies, the orbit of the moon around the Earth and the Earth around the sun, whilst witnessing how our bodies respond to each and every one of them through these scenarios and how that effects ourself too. Soon we will become ever present with how we are feeling about things and why.
